Education and Training
DVCN designs, implements and evaluates education programs, both on-site and on-line. Course design is oriented to the development of professional competencies applicable to the work environment. We design guides, learning resources, and forums using an approach that facilitates collective learning and teamwork.
Evaluation of education programs
We base the evaluation on a measurement of the impact of the training programs on the participants and their organizations. Tools employed in this analysis include: a) Training audit to evaluate human resource competencies and to identify the key components of a training plan; and b) Instruments to measure results and impact, generating quantitative and qualitative evidence on the level of achievement of the learning objectives.
